Adaptable design workflows for large organisations

I believe holistic workflows are crucial for cross-functional teams, and recently have been working with the National Farmers' Union to advance their digital design strategy across the organisation, auditing and running workshops with key areas from editorial through to designers and IT.

This is a bespoke project that recognises the knowledge and experience within the organisation and the roles, skillsets of the existing teams.

How to manage breakpoints: I put together some demo Figma files as examples to work through a session together.

Next Level Figma

I worked with the design team to further use Figma to their advantage, and maximise use for their needs.

I produced bespoke training materials and conducted workshops.

Focus included: Accessibility, Breakpoints and Content blocks, Components and Variants, Variables, Asset Management, Nomenclature and Handovers.

I have been able to reveal many advantages hiding in plain sight for the NFU.

In areas where technology and processes are abstract, I have successfully bridged the gaps and provided clarity for this distinctive organisation and its challenges.
